TÂRGU NEAMȚ
District/county (județ) : Neamț
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on September 27, 1999.
The wall symbolizes the Neamț Fortress and reveals the continuity of living; the vine branch, taken over by the old seal of the city, recalls the natural riches, the riches of the soil and the subsoil, the communion with nature.
The mural crown defines the locality as an urban center, evokes the communion of the inhabitants.
