Un scut triunghiular cu flancurile rotunjite, împărțit în furcă răsturnată. În partea superioară, în partea dreaptă, în câmp albastru, o dropie de aur. În partea superioară, în partea stângă, în câmp roșu, un buchet compus din șapte frunze de stejar de aur dispuse radial. În vârful scutului, pe argint, se află o cruce treflată de aur, cu bordură albastră.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on June 12, 2019.

The Great Bustard is part of the local fauna. The seven oak leaves refer to the forest richness of the area, and their number indicates the number of villages that make up the commune.

The cross alludes to the stone cross from Dârvari, attested from 1794, as well as to the church from Tămădău Mare village, a historical monument dating from 1810.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
