D'or à trois lions d'azur; au chef de gueules chargé d'une Notre-Dame-de-Grâce de carnation à mi-corps, tenant à dextre un sceptre fleurdelisé du même et à senestre l'Enfant Jésus de carnation, couronnés d'or, le tout vêtu de gueules et d'azur.

Origin/meaning

These are the arms of the Cathedral Chapter of Cambrai, to which the area historically belonged.
