Escudo de forma rectangular, cuadrilongo y redondeado en su parte inferior. Sobre campo de su color, un soportal siniestrado de una torre de oro en cuyo pie se haya una rueda de molino de plata, todo bajo un sol de oro en el cielo, sobre un mar azul. Bordura de plata con leyenda en letras de sable: Ayuntamiento Constitucional de Torremolinos. El escudo está timbrado por una Corona Real cerrada.
