D'argento, all'aquila spiegata di nero, rostrata, armata e munita sulle ali di due gambi trifogliati d'oro, linguata e cosparsa di fiammelle di rosso.
Origin/meaning
Trento was already known in Roman times and became a seat of a bishop in the 4th century. The arms were granted in 1339 by the Czech king, John of Luxemburg. The arms show the eagle of St. Wenesclas.
