Shield: Gules, between two mullets a pale Argent bearing a stylized life ring Proper superimposed on an anchor Or surmounted by a mullet Azure; on a chief wavy of the last a haddock naiant Proper.
Crest: From a wreath Argent and Gules between handles of wooden demi-ship's wheel Proper gripped Or, and arch of signal falgs, NOVEMBER, ALPHA, XRAY and PAPA all Proper.
Motto: Coastal guardian
Supporters: A Coastal Guard Officer Sword and Petty Officer Cutlass saltirewise Proper.

Seal: The coat of arms as blazoned upon a white disc enclosed by a dark blue border edged on the outside with a gold rop inscribed "USCGC HADDOCK" above and "WPB 87347" below in gold.

Origin/meaning

The three Stars symbolises the primary missions of the USCGC Haddock: Search and Rescue, Homeland security and Law enforcement. The Search and Rescue mission is futher higlighted by the Life Ring. The Anchor symbolises the rich maritime history of the US Coast Guard. The swiming Haddock recalls the namesake of the Cutter. The Signal Flags are the call sign of USCGC Haddock. The Ship's wheel symbolises guidance, navigation, training and leadership. The Crossed Sword behind the shield symbolises leadership, cooperation and the Homeland Security Mission to protect american lives, property and values. They also represent the enfocement of maritime and enviromental laws.
