Origin/meaning

The municipality never had arms. The above arms were adopted for the village on November 19, 2020.

The tree is the linden tree planted in the village after the first world war and which is a landmark in the village. The garbs indicate the agricultural character of the village and the colours are those commonly used in the Beauceron region, where the village is situated.
