Escudo de prata, ovelha passante de negro, realçada e animada do campo; em chefe, dois ramos de amendoeira de verde, floridos de prata e frutados de vermelho; em ponta, monte de três cômoros de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «VALES - VALPAÇOS».
