Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on September 9, 2020.

The two keys refer to the origin of the name of Vauclerc (spelled Vauclef in 1742, clef is key, the placement is like a V). The chief is based on the arms of the department of Marne. The wheat ear refers to the agricultural charachter of the municipality and the wings refer to the local arifield.
