Escudo de negro, sobreiro arrancado de prata, frutado de verde e descortiçado de vermelho, entre duas granadas de ouro ardentes de vermelho. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com os dizeres a negro : " CIDADE DE VENDAS NOVAS ".
Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on January 26, 1995.
Unfortunately I have no background information on these arms. Any information is welcome !
The previous arms were granted on June 3, 1963 and only differ in the crown.
