VIEIL-MOUTIER

Département : Pas-de-Calais

Vieilmou.jpg

Origin/meaning

The arms are identical to the arms of the villages of Samer and Hesdin l'Abbé and all three are identical to the arms of the Samer Abbey. The deer symbolises the fact that once a deer and its foal assisted during the local procession. The crosiers symbolise the abbey.
