Escudo de azul, com uma espiga de trigo de ouro acompanhada por duas trutas de prata com manchas de ouro e vermelho no lombo. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " VILA NOVA DE PAIVA ".
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 26, 1935.
