Spanish Escudo cortado. Primero, en campo de sinople (verde), imagen del Comandante Villamartín en plata. Segundo, en campo de azur (azul) torre de oro, de tres donjones, terrazada en gules (rojo), mazonada y aclarada de sable (negro), en punta dos trangles ondados de plata.

Origin/meaning

The Green Field represents the spirit of service with which the Residence welcomes its users. The Blue Field symbolizes zeal and perseverance in fulfilling its tasks. The image represents the military treatise writer, of Cartagena origin, from whom the Residence takes its name. The tower and the trangles are a reference to the place of territorial location, Cartagena. The Coat of Arms was approved on 5 May 2017.
