Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on July 15, 2020.

The field of vair is taken from the arms of the De Maingot family, the bridge from the arms of the De Pont family, both played a large role in the local history. The red point symbolises the local castle mound. The wheat ear symbolises agriculture and the rose the church of Our Lady (Notre-Dame).
