Wapen van Vliermaal

Official blazon

Met dwarsstrepen van goud en keel van 10 stukken, wat looz is - het schild getopt met een kroon met vijf fleurons.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on February 19, 1951.

The arms are based on the seal of the Vliermaal estate from 1754. It shows the arms of the Counts and county of Loon, to which the area historically belonged. In the late 13th century the court in Vliermaal was one of the most important in the county.
