I rött en störtad sparre ovan åaföljd av en skeppsklocka; båda av guld.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 18, 1962.

The inversed chevron forms the initial of the municipality. The shop's bell symbolises the importance of navigation for the shipping in the archipelago.
