Origin/meaning

The Role of the Squadron was Anti-Aircraft Co-operation which is symbolised by the Bird-Bolts in the Colours of the Royal Artillery. The Wings represents the Squadron. The Motto translates as "Consider the end". The badge was approved in November 1944.
