Selected collector's items from Germany:

VÖLLINGHAUSEN

State : Nordrhein-Westfalen
District (Kreis) : Soest
Amt : Amt Körbecke
Incorporated into : 1969 Möhnesee

Wappen von Völlinghausen

Official blazon

(de)

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 29, 1967.

The arms show three golden garbs, taken from the arms of the Von Aldenbreckerfelde family, who owned the Völlinghausen estate in the 15th century. The blue colour symbolises the Möhnesee lake on which the village is situated.
