LANGENGEISLING
State : Bayern
District (Kreis) : Erding
Incorporated into : 1978 Erding
Origin/meaningThe arms were granted on August 28, 1962. The arms show a crossed sword and crosier for the local patron saint, St. Martin of Tours. The base refers to the Sempt river in the municipality, and its former watermills, which played a major role in the local development. The colours are those of Bayern.
