German In Rot auf grünem Boden ein Reiter in stählerner Rüstung, es handelt sich dabei um den heiligen Georg, auf weissem Ross, einem grünen Drachen die Lanze in den Rachen stoßend.

Origin/meaning

The arms show the local patron saint, St. George killing the dragon. The oldest known seal dates from the 18th century and already shows the saint.
