The cross in the centre is a reversed Latin cross, traditionally associated with St Peter. The original site of the Belgians College to the crossroads known as Quattro Fontane in Rome. The open book is for an institution of learning. In all: a Belgian institution of learning associated to the See of St Peter. | |||
