Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 23, 1981.
The tower in the lower half refers to the local tower, the only historical building in the village. The B is the initial of the village, whereas the bend is a canting element (Bach is stream, brook). The B was also used on the old border-stones of the village. The green colour refers to the nature, the colours of the tower to the Counts of Zweibrücken.
