Arms : Vert, on a fesse wavy argent between in chief a cog-wheel betwwn two garbs and in base an ancient crown Or, a fesse wavy azure.
Crest : On a wreath of the colours, out of a mural coronet two anchors in saltire Or.

Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 15, 1950.
