English Blue: two maces with the Royal chypers "CR" and "GR" surmounted by an orb gold.

Origin/meaning

House of Commons Regalia from the Time of King George II and Queen Caroline surmounted by an Royal Orb, the Symbol of Sovereign Power. The badge was apporved in 1945.
