History: Formed at Kinloss on October 1, 1956.
Official blazon
Badge: In fron of an open book azure/Or/argent a Seal sable.
Motto: Teagaisg sealgair na fairge = Teach the hunter of the sea.
Origin/meaning
The Book symbolises teaching. The Seal is idicative of the matural ability of the Unit over the Sea. The Badge was granted in January 1958.
