Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on ?
The five acorns refer to the villages of Stemmen, Neddervieh, Dreihausen, Stemmerfeld and Rotermoor. The blue bend symbolises the Wümme river. The black grouse refers to the moors and the location near the Lüneburger Heide area.
