Origin/meaning
The Flower a Welwitchia Mirablis grows in the Desert by Moçamedes in Angola and symbolises resistance. The Brodure symbolises a Military Region. The Crest indicates the Army defending Angola. The Motto translates as "Constant and Loyal".
Following Independence of Angola in 1975, these Coat of Arms is obsolete.
