Escudo de verde, arco arquitectónico de prata, lavrado de negro, contendo em vão uma cruz latina de ouro e posto entre duas âncoras de ouro, campanha ondada de prata, verde, prata, azul e prata, de cinco tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " FREGUESIA DE MATOSINHOS ".

The arms were officially granted on April 16, 1998.
