Shield: Per chevron Or and Vert, in base the Scales of Justice of the first; on a canton Gules a "houn' dawg" statant of the third.
Crest: That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Missouri Army National Guard: From a wreath Or and Vert, a grizzly bear rampant Proper.
Motto: STRENGTH AND JUSTICE.

Distinctive Unit Insignia. Description: A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 5/32 inches (2.94 cm) consisting of a shield blazoned: Per chevron Or and Vert, in base the Scales of Justice of the first; on a canton Gules a "houn' dawg" statant of the third. Attached below and on the sides of the shield a Gold scroll inscribed "STRENGTH AND JUSTICE" in Red letters.
