The Star indicates the First activation at Camp stanaley, Leon Springs, Texas. The State of Texas beeing known as The Lone Star State. The Wind Mill indicated the Second activation post World War I as a Reserve Unit in New York with HQ at Manhattan. Disbanded in 1943 when most officers had been called to active duty.
