Wappen von Hausen am Albis/Arms (crest) of Hausen am Albis

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The house (Haus) is a canting element. The house appeared for the first time on a table dating from 1860. Until 1928 the house was shown very naturally and seen slightly from aside. The image also contained a grape vine and a green base. The present simplified image was designed and adopted by the local council in 1929.
