History: Constituted as 569 Air Police Squadron on 3 January 1952. Activated on 1 February 1952. Inactivated on 7 April 1952. Redesignated as 569 Security Police Squadron on 12 October 1984. Activated on 15 October 1985. Redesignated as: 569 US Forces Police Squadron on 15 May 1986; 569 US Forces Police Flight on 1 May 1991; 569 United States Forces Police Squadron on 27 September 2002.
