Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 23, 1958.

The division of the shield is taken from the arms of the von Langenstrot family, who had their estate in the municipality. The deer antler is taken from the arms of the Grafshaft Abbey, to which the local church in Langenstrasse belonged for many centuries.

The linden branch refers to the former Sturmius-Linde in front of the church.
