Escudo cuartelado con un enebro sobre oro en el 1º y 4º; un ciervo de plata con las pezuñas y astas en oro. Parece que este árbol, abundante en la región, es el que da nombre a la localidad (Orreaga en euskera significa lugar de enebros). El blasón de la Colegiata propiamente es una cruz verde con el extremo superior en forma de báculo y la punta afinada en forma de espada.
