(de) In Rot eine schräg liegende silberne Leiter mit fünf Sprossen, beseitet von je einer steigenden silbernen Ähre.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 13, 1997.

The ladder is taken from the seal and arms of the Lords von Herbike und Meseberge, who founded the village in around 1040. The ears refer to the agricultural character of the village.
