The Flower a Welwitchia Mirablis grows in the Desert by Moçamedes in Angola and symbolises resistance. The Brodure symbolises a Military Region. The Crest indicates the Army defending Angola. The Motto translates as "Constant and Loyal". The field is Or the brodure Gules and the Flower Vert seeded Or. Mantling Vert doubled Or. Crest Lion Jambs Gules holding a Shield as in the Arms whitout a brodure.
Following Independence of Angola in 1975, these Coat of Arms is obsolete.
