Поле пересечено червленью и зеленью. В червленом поле золотая, в два ряда кирпичей, стена, сопровождаемая вверху двумя, сдвинутыми к краям, и поставленными на отдельные кирпичи золотыми шарами, каждый из которых с узким золотым подножием и с золотым же вытянутым шиповидным навершием. Над стеной золотое обращенное вниз солнце (без изображения лица), с лучами, попеременно укороченными и вытянутыми. В зеленом поле, сопровождаемые выше четырьмя золотыми цветками-розетками в пояс, три ряда перевернуто-чешуйчатых лазоревых (синих, голубых) волн, каждая из которых имеет серебряную кайму и концентрически заполнена черным.
