Shield: Azure,a quatrefoil Argent the lobes voided of the field, surmounted by four arrowheads in saltire Gules (Brick Red), conjoined at fess point, the points outward, all within a bordure Or.
Crest: That for the regiments and separate corps of the Army reserve; From a wreath Argent and Azure, the Lexigton Minute Man Proper. The Statue of the Minute Man, Captain John Parker (H.H. Kitson sculptor), stands on the common in Lexington, Massachusetts.
Motto: Maintain, Recover, Repair.
Distinctive Unit Insignia, Description: A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in diameter consisting of four brick red arrowjeads conjoined at cneter with their points on the secondary positions of the compass and cnetered upon a white quatrefoil its four lobes positioned between the points of the arrowheads, all enclosed by a blue annulet inscribed with the words "MAINTAIN, RECOVER, REPAIR".
