Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted in 2020.
The oldest name of the village was Perricbeci, which was mentioned in 820. This means stream-of-sheep. Hence the sheep and the wavy bar in the arms. The bar also refers to the Persebecker Bach and the Grotenbach in the area. In 1300 the village consisted of a manor house and three farms. The three farm houses in the arms symbolise this. The golden field represents the wheat and rapeseed fields.
