Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The silver/black bend and blue field are taken from the arms of the De Vassinhac d'Imécourt family, former lords of Imécourt.

The sword is the attribute of Saint Victor, the patron saint of the local church. The wheat refers to agriculture, and Vulcan, the Roman god of fire, symbolizes the ancient forges.
