Origin/meaning
Crimson and yellow are the colours of the Ordnance Corps. The saltire alludes to the Roman Numeral X = 10, and thus to the Battlion's number. The atom symbol, wreanch and electric bolts , indicate the Battalion's mechanical nuclear and electrical support mission. The fleur-de-lis symbolizes the unit's European World Wr Ii Campaign honours. the coat of Arms was approved on 9 Novemebr 1954.
