Azure an aircraft gray, carrying two rockets sable, the nose in the form of an eagle's head (white with yellow beak) between four lingthing flashes or, two in chief on a cloud issuing argent and two in base; all within a diminished brodure of distinctive outline gules part on the first fimbriated of the fourth.
