90TH INFANTRY DIVISION THOUGH 'OMBRES, US ARMY
History:Activated 5 August 1917 as 90th Division. Organized 25 August 1917 at Camp travis (Texas). Inactivated 17 June 1919 at Camp Bowie (Texas). Assigned 24 june 1921 to the Organized Reserve. Activated 25 March 1942 and reorganized at Camp Berkeley (Texas). Re-designated on 1 August 1942 as 90th Infantry Division. Reorganized 15 September 1942 as 90th Motorized Division, reverted to standard Infantry Division on 19 May 1943. Inactivated 27 December 1945 at Camp Shanks (New York).
