BOBOWA
Province: Małopolska
County: Gorlice
Origin/meaning
The arms are those of the Lis family clan, owners of the town from 1386 to 1412. As the town became a possession of other families during the centuries, the arms also changed accordingly. Only in the mid 1900s the town returned to its historical arms.
