Escudo de azul, com um navio de negro realçado de ouro, mastreado e encordoado de negro e vestido de prata, vogando sobre cinco faixas ondadas, três de prata, uma de verde e outra de azul. Em chefe, um sol de ouro. Orla de prata, com oito folhas de figueira de verde, carregadas cada uma de fruto de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco, com os dizeres : " CIDADE DA FIGUEIRA DA FOZ ", de negro.
