Em chefe, um sol de ouro. Orla de prata, com oito folhas de figueira de verde, carregadas cada uma de fruto de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco, com os dizeres : " CIDADE DA FIGUEIRA DA FOZ ", de negro.
