Escudo de prata, oliveira arrancada, de verde, frutada de negro, entre duas ovelhas bordaleiras, de negro, realçadas de prata, a da dextra volvida; campanha diminuta ondada de azul e prata de quatro tiras. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «MIDÕES - TÁBUA».
