Shield: Per fess Vert and Argent (Silver Gray), in chief a mailed fist Proper grasping three lightning flashes one in pale and two saltirewise Argent and in base an ivy leaf of the first, all within a brodure counterchanged of the field.

Distinctive Unit Insignia, Description: A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall consisting of an irregular shaped octagon divided horizontally green at top with a silver mailed right hand palced in the cneter grasping three white lightning flashes, one vertical and two crossed diagonally; silver gray at bottom with a green ivy leaf centrally placed. Attached below a green scroll inscribed "FIT FOR ANY TEST" in silver.
Origin/meaning
The mailed fist represents military preparedness and the unit's firm grasp of the command, control and communication for the 4th Infantry Division. The Lightnings symbolises the Military Intelligence Analysis and Control Element and the Signal Corps electronic communications. The Ivy Leaf is from the Shoulder Sleeve Insignia of the 4th Infantry Division.
The Coat of Arms and Distinctive Unit Insignia, was both approved on 12 april 2005.
