Description: A circular silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in diameter consisting of a silver cross over an equilateral triangle triparted yellow, blue and red and all enclosed by a circular maroon scroll bearing the motto "ORAL HEALTH" at the top and "OUR MISSION" at the bottom in silver letters.
Origin/meaning
