These series show the arms of Belgian municipalities. They were issued as small round stickers by G. Vandeputte soaps, Moeskroen/Mousccon Belgium. I have no idea how many were issued and when. The arms look as they have been taken from the book by Servais, issued in 1955, thus dating them from the late 1950s or early 1960s.
